After training, adopt a stream monitoring site and help Friends of the Fox River keep a watchful eye on water quality within the Fox River watershed. Details

Board Meetings

Water Willow Planting Projects

Each summer, Friends of the Fox River sponsors several water willow planting projects. Water willows are emergent plants native to the Fox River. When established, the plants create habitat for fish and provide many other environmental benefits. Since 2005, Friends of the Fox River volunteers have planted over 6,000 water willow plants at various locations in Montgomery, Oswego and West Dundee. Details
