For Immediate Release

The Friends of the Fox River announce:

  • Fox Rescue River Clean Ups
  • Saturday, May 15th
  • 9:00 – 12:00

Each year the Friends of the Fox River host Fox Rescue River Clean-Ups at various locations in the watershed. The events entail removing trash and debris from the banks and snags on the Fox River and its tributaries.

The Friends of the Fox River announce:

  • Fox Rescue River Clean-Up
  • Call for Volunteers!
  • Saturday, April 17th 2010
  • 9:00 – 1:00

For the first time in the history of the organization, the Friends of the Fox River are teaming up with folks in the northern-most section of the watershed and conducting a Fox River Clean-Up in Waukesha at Frame Park.

On Monday December 14th, 2009 The Friends of the Fox River will host its annual meeting from 7 – 9 pm at the Historic Kendall Count Courthouse in Yorkville. Agenda items include committee reports outlining 2009 projects and 2010 plans, and the election of officers.
